Vitamin D

So far people living in Tropical zone like India,Sri Lanka etc., were not bothering much about the natural way of collecting Vitamin D : Exposure to Sun.Thanks to the IT jobs created here.All through the week days , people are spending their day time inside the AC rooms and inside shopping malls,Multiplexes,Homes during the weekends.This kind culture mainly observed in the big towns and cities is leading to the reduction in the vitamin D levels in the human body.
Vitamin D has a direct impact on the strength of the bones ,Skeletal system and the immune system.With the deficiency of this vitamin, the bones will become weak, and the immune system will become less effective.Which means foreign bodies can attack us easily.Thats why most of the people working in So called top industries , prefer pills even for small injuries[Their immune system will be weak].Here are some of the tips to let our body get exposed to sun that triggers the generation of Vitamin D.

1] Average persone should spend aleast 20 min -30 mins under sun.
2] During work hours give yourself a break once evry hour or two.Walk around your campus if possible.
3] Druing winter covering the body with clothes and applying creams makes difficult fot the sun rays to penetrate through and trigger the vitamin generation.So make less use of them.
4]Surya Namaskaram is the best way to collect this vitamin.etc.
