Certainly not.He mean he lost his job yaar.
A person is said to be Bangalored if he lost his job in an MNC because of outsourcing of jobs to India,particularly to Bangalore.NewsPapers say the word is being used in USA for the past one year as a sign of protesting outsourcing of jobs to India.
Recently Indian Newspapers also started using the term as a general Verb.
Ex:- Will Bangalore get bangalored.
This was the headline in one of the newspaper when IT companies threatened participation in BangaloreIT.in
